Q3. What kind of warranty is there with the tires on my New Honda?
A3. The warranty on the tires is covered by the tire manufacturer. See warranty details in Owner Packet.
Q4. How often should I change my timing belt on my New Honda?
A4. Honda recommends that timing belts be changed every 7 years or 105,000 miles.
Q5. Do you offer a loaner car, if my car is kept overnight?
A5. Duncan Honda does not offer loaner cars. We can work with Enterprise Rent-A-Car to get a rental.
Q6. Do you offer FREE State Inspections if I purchase a car from Duncan?
A6. Yes.
Q7. If I purchase a vehicle from Duncan Honda are State Inspection free for members of my household?
A7. Yes.
Q8. How often should I rotate my tires?
A8. When Maintenance Minder 1 appears.
Q9. Is it okay to jump start my Honda hybrid car?
A9. Yes, but follow the instructions in the Honda Owner's Manual.

Q11. How much does it cost to replace the timing belt on a Honda?
A11. The average charge is: 4 cylinder engines - $650 /Â 6 cylinder engines - $750. This is an estimate

A12. It is a synthetic blend
Q13. If I purchase a vehicle from Duncan Honda, does that count as purchasing my tires from Duncan         Honda with free tire rotations?
A13. No. But tires purchased from Duncan Honda do receive free tire rotation for life of the tire.
Q14. Do you offer 2 wheel or 4 wheel alignment?
A14. Yes. Both are $69.95 plus tax.
Q15. Will you accept coupons from other dealers?
A15. No. But we will price match, on occasion.
Q16. Will the Service Shuttle be available when I arrive?
A16. Possibly. If not it is normally available within 15 minutes.
Q17. My Honda seat belt will not fasten properly. Is that covered under factory warranty?
A17. Honda seat belt buckles are covered by Honda for the life of the car. Even after the factory warranty      has expired.
Q18. Do I need an appointment for an oil change?
A18. Yes. To make sure we can give quick and efficient service we schedule all service.
Q19. Can I put my child's car seat in the shuttle van?
